Carol Lucas is the owner and Director of smcp and nwcp and has practices as well as supervision groups and fully accredited training programmes in both locations. She is a fully qualified member of UKCP and qualified and accredited trainer and supervisor with the Institute of Transactional Analysis ITA and UKCP.


Carol is Co-Chair of Training Standards and leads the committee for the ITA within the UK.
