Psychotherapy, Counselling, Training, Supervision and Psychotherapy breaks

Psychotherapy or Counselling for Individuals, Couples and Groups: 5 miles from the A55 Llandudno Junction turn off

We all experience difficulties at some point in our lives - this is normal. Psychotherapy or counselling can have an immediate impact when managing challenging life events that are happening in the present or have happened in the past. Some mental health difficulties are based upon unresolved or misunderstood thoughts, feelings and behaviours either from our history or from the present.

Psychotherapy can provide structure, support and positive intervention for resuming psychological well being.

Therapy or Counselling is available for individuals, couples and groups and can be attended weekly, fortnightly or at a different mutually agreed frequency.

nwcp has panoramic views of the whole of the Snowdonian Mountain range and the Conwy Valley below and is set in an outstanding rural environment. We have four star, private, modern, self-catering cottage accommodation with full facilities on site - sleeping up to nine people and sometimes people combine a short stay with residential psychotherapy. This is subject to an initial assessment re whether this form of help is right for you / you and your partner.
